Top Linens introduces a coverlet or quilt, shams, decorative pillows, and a coordinating throw to create a finished, cohesive presentation. A simple layer that elevates the room and strengthens photography.

When bonus rooms, offices, flex spaces, or decks are left undefined, buyers pause. Without visual direction, the purpose of the space becomes unclear.
We curate furnishings and styling so every square foot feels intentional and complete. When each space is clearly defined, the home reads as finished and move in ready.
03| Pre-Listing Consult

Many homes go live before the details are fully addressed. Small distractions remain. Layout questions linger, and once photography is complete, those opportunities are harder to refine.
During consultation, one of our professional stagers walks the home room by room, identifying adjustments that strengthen flow and presentation. Both the homeowner and agent receive a clear, organized plan outlining exactly how to prepare the home for market.
04| Photography
Updating MLS Photos $350
When staging is completed after a home is already live, the listing photos no longer reflect the current presentation. Buyers online are viewing an earlier version of the home.
We coordinate updated photography with one of our trusted photographers so the listing accurately represents the staged space. New images can be uploaded without removing the property from market, allowing the refreshed presentation to take effect immediately.
